  • DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I rented a two bedroom apartment on the second floor and would NOT recommend this complex to anyone! I had nothing but problems at this complex from the beginning. Don't let the looks of this apartment to fool you everything is cheaply made or not connected correctly like the washer and dryer. The dryer has no ventilation so when your doing laundry your apartment feels like a sauna and lint is every where! The cabinets are always coming apart and the front door slams shut causing all apartments in that building to rattle. Good luck getting your apartment sprayed they only will spray so many apartments at a time and with the complex being INFESTED WITH SCORPIONS, BLACK WIDOWS, AND BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS everyone is on the list. The first issue I had with management was my refrigerator kept breaking. The first time I understood that this happens then they came and fixed it then after I replaced EVERYTHING it broke again then again at this point I replaced over $1000 worth of groceries so keep your receipts! Then my garage was almost broken into witch they did not care at all it was to the point that the garage would not open or close so we had to remove our valuables out of it while we waited for them to fix.After waiting for three Weeks we decided to fix ourself. after several visits to the office them lying to my face and complete incompetence from management they FINALLY fixed it. I could go on and on my last straw was after we left they charged us over $300 for turning our notice in late by a few days i was 9 mo pregnant and in and out of the hospital they charge you without concession lie any one would pay $1200 a month for this hell hole all in all don't waste your time or money oh and manager is RUDE RUDE RUDE !
