This is - absolutely - the same Uncle Tetsu you've come to know and love... and wait two hours in line for.
But on Main Street Unionville the hype isn't as large. And the population density is noewhere the same as in Toronto. This is all the goodness of Uncle Tetsu, but without the wait. And that's what counts.
Ten bucks, or so, for a Japanese cheese cake was never that bad a price. Especially when you can just walk in and walk out. Even my parents seemed to like it. (Happy Birthday Dad.)
