  • I have taken mom here several times over the past year, and without exception, she received compassionate and fast evaluation and treatment. Maricela, Alex, and PA Russell did a wonderful job with her on our most recent visit a few weeks ago. There was a glitch with the medication prescribed. Mom was diagnosed with a UTI. I mentioned that she had chronic UTIs and that the most recent infection was e.coli. However, despite that, mom was prescribed Keflex. When we got to the pharmacy, the pharmacist asked whether mom had taken that before, and I mentioned that she had a UTI. He remarked that Keflex was not as effective as other antibiotics for UTI. Sure enough, several days later, we were notified that her urine culture was back and they needed to change antibiotics. So it took a longer time for mom to really start feeling better. I don't want to sound like I know more than a provider with a prescribing authority and overall the care she received was outstanding. We would definitely go there again.
