  • This location has gone downhill terribly. No napkins, drinks handed to you with soda all down the outside of them, orders missing the actual entrees, arguing and more arguing! So it started off after I got my drink and the bag. Opened it up, no napkins for the dripping drinks. When I asked for napkins, I got a glare and a "there are napkins in the bag". I had to literally open the bag and hand it back to her to prove to her there were none in the bag! Then comes the part where I'm waiting on my chicken nuggets. I'm thinking that I'm waiting on them, but I guess I was wrong because a minute later, she comes back to the window and goes "did you need something?" Ummm.. yeah! You saw the inside of the bag you handed me and there were only fries and BBQ sauce in there! I'm still waiting on my gash darn chicken nuggets!! Gladly, I was only able to muster politely "I'm just waiting on the chicken nuggets". I think I might have offended her because the look on her face was so annoyed and her reply was "umm. They're in the bag. oh wait, what did you have?" Ten minutes after that, finally got my food! Took me four minutes to eat those chicken McNuggets, but they were worth it! Not really.
