  • Had our backyard sump pump fail (kept tripping the GFCI). Called King Plumbing, Heating and AC and Ulises came out fast to give me an estimate on the repairs/replacement. He was very courteous and offered suggestions etc on how to remedy the situation. After all the parts came in Ulises came out again to do the repairs/replacement of the sump pump and I was amazed by the attention to detail and cleanliness. He kept me informed during the repair process and let me know tips on future maintenance of the sump pump in order to increase longevity. Once the job was done, Ulises cleaned up and verified the sump pump performance to my satisfaction. Overall, I would not hesitate to reach out to Ulises and King Plumbing, Heating and AC again in the future. Thanks Ulises! You rock!
