Here at the service dept. which is definitely 5 stars for me. Having bought my Jeep from a different dealership and experiencing their service dept. Chapman is certainly not just better but I think sets the standard for dealership service depts.
A little back story - shortly after buying my Jeep I returned to the dealership (Sahara Jeep) with a noise that the brand new Jeep was having. They assured me it was the foam basket in the trunk area. While I'm not a mechanic, I do know the difference between a foam noise and a mechanical issue noise. They argued and fought me on the noise issue and after and exhaustive effort on my part I took it to Chapman, where they found that the noise was a potentially hazardous situation; the entire rear strut assembly was flawed. They presented the parts and fixed it in short order and without any kind of fight or protracted forcing on my part for them to stand by the vehicle.
With that being said, Chapman earns my service biz as well as my next auto purchase will be with them. Every service writer I've dealt with is friendly and greets me with respect and listens to my concerns or anything I point out for them to look at. I can't speak to the car buying experience here, as we all know buying a car is generally a horrible experience that afterward you feel as if you've just had an ice cold, forced, enema. But, I will buy my next Jeep from Chapman. As a side note I also had my Jeep lifted through the Chapman Custom Shop which was an excellent experience as well. They did the mods efficiently, effectively, reasonable time frame and fairly priced.
