  • I began practicing at Be Yoga after the recent convergence with Sangati (an Anusara practice). If we hadn't learned from the talented and inspiring Anusara teachers at Sangati to step into the flow with grace; this transition to a new studio may have been "icky." But, of course, it has been perfect. The space is welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and of course, our two communities have joined with grace and acceptance and provided new opportunities for both groups to learn and grow together. Additionally, my 11-year-old daughter and I are grateful that Be Yoga has recently begun offering the hugely successful "Grounded" program for kids, based upon Anusara principles. My daughter attends the Saturday morning practice and has already been spotted using some of the teachings to calm herself down during those "tween" moments! I suggest anyone looking for a Yoga practice in Charlotte that will enliven your life, strengthen your spirit (and your inner thighs!), and create an abundance of love in your heart: try an Anusara class at Be Yoga / Be Yoga Family.
