| - Only 3 people waiting in the urgent care. On a scale of 1 to 10, my pain felt like a 10. My hands were severely swollen, burning, itching, fever, nauseous, heart beating faster, anxiety attack, severe case of hives all over, headaches and symptoms are getting worse by the second, hard time breathing and I was left in the waiting room with the door closed from r 2.5 hours. After 55 min of waiting I couldn't take the pain any longer, I opened the waiting room door showed my hands and symptoms to the nurse, she said she would get someone right away, 55 minutes later still no one came to help me. I opened the door again, this time my symptoms much worse, I spoke to another nurse, she told me she would get the doctor right away, again waiting another 55 minutes, no one showed up. I forced myself to endure the pain in hopes of someone to help me and 30 minutes went by still nothing. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, I couldn't endure the pain and another lie, this time I opened the door and walked to UMC, 15 minutes in UMC they had already given me two steroid shots, and medication I needed. 15 minutes, that's all it took UMC emergency staff and urgent doctor to take care of me and help my symptoms get better 15 minuets, thank you so so very much UMC emergency staff was awesome! I will NEVER step one foot into 888 south rancho drive southwest urgent care, not even if my life depended on it! It was my first time there and definitely my last! If Zero stars was available I would rate them Zero stars! The nurses lie to you, no one there seems to care! They're actions spoke to me louder than words! They don't care!
