  • Stacy the pharmacist went out of her way for the second time. I had a new prescription for $100 and she spent time to do her research and got me a coupon so the prescription actually cost me $10. Than I drove home to find out I purchase the wrong Apple iTunes gift card. I had to drive back and spoke with the store manager. I'm thinking she is going to tell me "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" but she also went out of her way to call Apple for me and explained to them what happened and exchanged the card with no problem. I was amazed at this store's employees keeping the customer satisfaction at the very best. I would wish the rest of the retail industry in this country would use what happened to me today as a great example how retain a customer and keep them happy. I am going to e-mail Walgreens corporate head quarters to let them know what kind of excellent staff they have in Fort Mill. Thanks
