  • When I write reviews, they are always truthful. I never write a review to simply bad mouth a business. I own different businesses, and bad reviews really bother me. The good: 1. Friendly staff 2. Easy to access the property 3. Rate The bad: 1. The room has the worst, cheapest furniture ever. Extremely uncomfortable. Sitting on the couch is like sitting on a piece of 4x8 plywood purchased at your local Home Center. 2. The chairs are something you would pick up at those going out of business (they never go out of business) furniture stores. This place is big, they needed allot of these modern, cheap chairs. 3. This place boosts 2 TV's that are on the same wall about 5-6' feet from each other. I think the designer went out the night before and had one too many. 4. The bathroom floor looks like a See's Candy shop. It's marble and very cold. 5. The products they provide you (Soap, Shampoo, Lotion is the cheapest possible quality) Dollar store products are so much better. 6. The finishes they have chosen for the cabinets, counters, and doors look bad after a few years. That year has arrived. The rooms are cold. They are not inviting. I would highly recommend so many other properties than Palms Place. Price is important, but it is never a factor in my decision to stay at a property. So many of the best, and most expensive properties in the world are sometimes good, but not great. I like great.
