rev:text	In August my lawyer had made arrangements to do a deed transfer with this company! They sent him a bill and he sent me the paperwork along with the check. I contacted Stewart Title and the specified point person wanted nothing to do with this transaction! So I ended up doing the legwork myself! (In the long run, it was cheaper and easier).....but why send a bill then deny doing the work?? I sent everything back to my lawyer and all is well now! But would not recommend using these people at all!!
