Today was our first time trying out Kinetic Heights. The online experience of making the reservation and signing the waiver was a bit annoying. The website kept going down. I wish the website better explained what to expect, rules, the set up, as the staff was not helpful. I expected the staff to be identifiable, engaged, and encouraging. To my disappointment, I found the opposite. My 6 year old was eager to try things. However, no one was really helpful. There were some signs posted but younger kids can't read them. Maybe this is something the ownership should consider. I saw too many kids unknowingly doing things they were not suppose to do. For example, crossing the lines when kids were zip lining. Very dangerous. Additionally, rules were posted very high on the walls. I barely noticed them.
The staff laid very low. I expected more. I expected engagement mainly for safety reasons. The place became too crowded too fast.
I could see older kids and adults having a nice Adventure here. I also see lots of room for improvement.
I was a bit taken aback how trash was laying all around from locker rooms to rest room to Lobby to hallway. I also found a tub of eggs for sale and sitting there. Yes, eggs.
