  • This a great family owned Harley-Davidson Dealership. Very rooted in Cleveland pride and customer service. During my bike shopping process I dealt with James. He was very honest and helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured or "closed". Great approach to sales and information. We went on a test ride and he made me feel very comfortable with everything. The dealership has a great location near W.150th area and Lorain. Their selection of bikes is nice and their apparel department is also very stocked. The entire staff is friendly ..and I had some nice chats with several different team members while visiting the dealership. I haven't tried their service department yet, but plan to soon. All in all an A+ place to buy a Harley or Honda motorcycle! Very cool. I plan to be back.
