  • I came here after placing a Uhaul reservation online. There were three customers in front of me in line and I had to wait over thirty minutes in line due an incompetent owner and to make things worse was I was given the wrong truck with the wrong milage estimate and a defective tow dolly. I was due to owe alot of $ once I arrived at the drop off location, but due to their competence and customer skills; the crisis was adverted.
