  • I love this place! New Year and I wanted to stop killing myself on the elliptical machine so I called and spoke with Jeanine, who happen to be the owner. She told me about their new client specials. I signed up for one of the special packages and I am so grateful I did! First, this studio is near my home. Second, the team here is friendly. Third, the members who attend are welcoming. Fourth, you pay for what you get which is high level of experience and proper teaching. Lastly, you get the opportunity to push yourself to your limits no matter if you are a beginner or advance student. I did 5 private lessons and just signed up for 5 more. I am also attending group classes to complement my experience. I am so happy I found this Pilates studio. Now for the review on my experience with my instructor Dana! She is so knowledgeable, friendly and will push you so you feel it the next day when you are laughing! Pilates is a core builder and lengthens your body; and I am a testament of this! If you want to challenge yourself do a new client package to gain a couple private lessons and then jump into some classes. I would love to see this company expand so others could experience quality. Thanks Dana for being awesome and I am so happy I have met you. I highly recommend this studio and Dana.
