  • Horrible customer service. Rude, arrogant front line staff and the managers are even worse. I ordered a beer from the bar and asked why it was so expensive, the bartender smirked and walked away. I asked again and he told me to take it up with his manager, so I did. He told me if I could not afford it to go downtown and walked away. I left the drink and left. It took almost half an hour to get my car from valet. The radio station was changed to a rap station and the valet attendant was not friendly at all. I'll never go to the MGM or any of their sister properties again as they don't seem to appreciate my business.
