  • I went there on a date night recently and was really excited to try it out. We had reservations at 6:30 and got there right on time. but when we went up to the hostesses were very confused and told us to wait. We waited about ten minutes before a gentleman came up to us and asked us if we had been helped. We explained the situation and he said "ok" and left. We waited another 10 minutes before the hostess took us to our table. We had the absolute WORST table but because we had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time we didn't complain. We were seated at a very small table (it barely fit our dinner plates) right behind the hostess stand. We were constantly being bumped into by the hostesses and had to watch them "wash" the menus with a disgusting rag. We were also bumped into by the people walking by. In addition, we were so close to the table next to us, we actually ended up talking to those people the whole time because it was basically like we were at the same table. We ordered the pork shoulder tacos to share and they were delicious (hence the 3 star review). It was a perfect amount of food for the two of us and tasted delicious. We ordered a side of beans, which were also good. The beans were pretty pricey so we probably wouldn't recommend them. The service was ok. She did her job by taking our order and bringing us the bill. Not much more. It may have been because she couldn't really get to us because of the seating situation. We liked the food but we won't be returning any time soon. Not worth it.
