| - Not sure what the gripe is all about - we've been here various times and dig the place. The coffee is a lot better than anything you'll find at Starbucks and the workers are always helpful and nice. The location is great, and the addition of Duck Donuts right behind their building makes for the perfect combination.
One of the questionable things that we noticed was the layout of the store. When you first walk in, the register is directly in front of you, but it's impossible to read the chalkboard menu on the wall from that angle. Also, the menu seems very limited which is confusing. "We can basically make anything you want," we were told upon our first visit. The man does not lie - every time we've asked for something, they've made it. Not a big deal, but the other thing that leaves a bit to be desired is their online presence. Their website is pretty depressing, and they have little to no presence on social media which I think is a downfall for small businesses today. The more people you connect with, the more people you have the chance of delighting and turning into loyal customers.
All in all, it's a great little coffee shop. There are a few downfalls, but when it comes down to it, the coffee and service is top-notch which is all you can really ask for.
