  • I really really wanted to give this location a good and fair rating and I was looking forward to giving it the 4 or 5 stars that I thought it would deserve after my expected great experience, having met their local management of all of their clinics. However my experience from start to finish at this location was absolutely terrible. The clinic may be very aesthetically pleasing, but I think they need to put more emphasis and focus on customer service and patient care, as well as work with the staff (especially the doctors or PA's), to ensure not just a great customer experience but at the very least a good one. I came here specifically because this particular brand of clinics post fast wait times, quality patient care and a better experience than other urgent cares here locally in Las Vegas. This was absolutely not the case the night I came in to see a doctor. From the very moment I walked in, there was nobody sitting at the front desk. It was a good maybe 10 to 15 minutes before anybody walked out from the back and the entire time I could hear people just talking behind the wall about nonwork related topics. A part of me wanted to raise my voice and say hello as loud as I could, but I decided that would be rude and waited for the young man that finally came upfront to do his job and check me in. This was followed by roughly an hour wait which was not too bad considering there were two patients in front of me. But I will agree with other comments in the sense that the providers seem to work very very slowly for the amount of time that they spend talking with you in the back. Once I was finally in the back room it was thankfully a short 5 to 10 minute wait before the physicians assistant came in to talk to me about the reason why I was there. This physicians assistant spent literally less than five minutes with me, asking maybe two or three questions and came up with a half fast diagnoses that was not even really explained to me. I was able to ask maybe one question and raise a concern regarding his diagnosis as he was rushing out the door and telling me that they would be right with me again shortly. Another 10 minutes goes by and a nurse comes in and hands me a couple prescriptions and a piece of paper describing the supposed diagnosis the physicians assistant diagnosed me with. Long story short, because this physicians assistant was not thorough nor accurate in determining the cause of the reason why I was there, my condition worsened and I was forced to see and pay for another visit to a primary care doctor who knew right away what my condition was and quickly switched the prescriptions that I was given by the incorrect physicians assistant. (I will say that one of the prescriptions that I was given by this physicians assistant did help alleviate some of the symptoms I was having). However when I ran out of this prescription and was still having symptoms, I called them to issue a refill and I was told that I should be fine by now. They told me they would not do it and that I should go see another doctor. This was just unacceptable, considering the condition does require this ointment must be applied on a daily basis and I was clear to them that I was out of this prescription and was unable to get into see a physician today or in the next couple of days. I gently argued with the girl on the phone and explained to her the importance of making sure I was not out of this prescription and she very sternly told me that the "provider" firmly said no. And it is not like this ointment is some kind of narcotic or even a pill for that matter. It is basically a prescription strength Neosporin! I can only assume that this is because it does not make them any money to call in a prescription for a patient, whereas if you come in to see them, that is when the money is made. So basically I am very disappointed with this clinic overall and I cannot recommend that anyone go in to this clinic, whether it be for a physical, emergency treatment or even basic primary care type of services. If The front of the office as well as the back of the office doesn't get better training or doesn't have the best of training to begin with, then I don't trust them with my personal medical care/concerns and I don't think this location will do very well in the future:(
