  • Been here about 13minutes, got my holiday flat white first after 8 minutes, waited 5 more minutes to ask about my sausage and cheddar, it was sitting behind the counter wtf. Got to my vehicle to find out i got a regular flat white, went back in to get the right one. No apologies just a " oh you ordered the holiday flat white " waited another 6 minutes for that, horrible customer service, I'm pissed. Love starbucks, hate this lication
