  • My wife had an appointment here over the weekend 4/14/18. She is a several time return customer. I decided to go to Panera while she was receiving service. I got finished before her and decided to come and wait in the lobby. I came in and sat in the chair to the immediate right of the door. The entire time I sat there, not once was I addressed by the two ladies at the counter, even when they had no customers at the counter. They had no idea if I was waiting for someone or was inquiring about service. I sat there for at least 15/20 minutes before my wife came from the back. This to me, is not good customer service.
