  • Came here this morning per orders from my primary care. The staff was very friendly and assisted me right away despite being 45 minutes early for my appointment. The lobby was very clean and had bathrooms very easily accessible. I liked how they had someone checking to see if they needed more cleaning this morning. The wait wasn't too bad after I filled out forms and they took my ID and insurance cards. After maybe a 10 minutes wait I was told to walk through some doors to complete my testing. There someone was waiting for me and have me instructions on what to do before getting my test done. The lady was pretty fast but also needed my help to complete the test. Within 5 minutes I was done. Overall, the short wait time and friendliness of each staff member was very pleasant. It's a big change from going to other centers and having rude and unprofessional staff members who don't really explain what to do. I would recommend this place to anyone needing any diagnostics done from their doctor.
