  • AAA has an excellent reputation and I have been a loyal customer for 41 years....but it only takes one person to tarnish a reputation. Recently I was told I had a torn boot on my rack and pinion steering and this rep suggested I replace this assembly which was replaced less than 2 years ago. The only reason to replace this unit is if it's leaking power steering fluid. This suggested $800 repair hurt AAA's reputation...and now the trust is gone....at least at this location.
