  • After a rough day, we got to this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk (I think her name was rebecca?). She had us checked in and settled in no time and cared about our stay and experience so genuinely. It's rare to find people who care about both their job and their customers the way she cared about us. The location was great. We spent a lot of time in scottsdale and avoided paying scottsdale rates. The room was nice and pretty clean. There were very minor stains on the carpet, but it was well kept. We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was quaint. We would definitely stay here again!!
