  • Had a great experience with Loraine!! She was extremely helpful and was able to work with us. I didn't feel pressured into anything at all. She gave us time and space while I looked around, but as soon as we were ready she was right there for us. She is such a genuinely sweet person. She went above and beyond all of our expectations! We went on Saturday (without my prescription on accident) and she went ahead and did all of the brunt work like creating my profile, gathering all measurements and model numbers. She even took an imprint of our FSA card to use for payment. Monday morning, I had my prescription sent over and of course Loraine was there just as she told me she would be. She got the order and processed the order, and my glasses and sunglasses were both done within 2 hours! I had no idea it would go that smoothly, but she assured me from the beginning that it would be an easy and painless process! She truly did exceed all expectations and gave us an experience worth remembering and passing on to other customers. Thanks again, Loraine! You're the real MVP! Haha
