  • This Firestone is hands down the absolute best, most consistent Firestone I have been to. I have been coming here since they opened (went to the one on base before that and wasn't super impressed) and I have never had a better experience elsewhere, even at the Firestones I have gone to in Northern CA (since 2007). All Firestones are supposed to do a good job on the mechanics of fixing your car, so that's a given, but these guys go WAYYY above and beyond that. Their customer service is without a doubt the best of any business establishment I have been to, period. After coming here for so long with both our vehicles, and recently making a few more frequent trips, the guys who always stand out to me are Richard, James, Chris, Pierce, and Carl. With that many awesome people working, it doesn't matter what day or time I show up, I know that there is always bound to be someone on shift who will take care of me above and beyond. My husband and I drive back and forth at least once a year from Vegas to Sacramento and I can't tell you how assuring it is to know that these guys have checked our vehicles over top to bottom with a big smile on their faces before we go, and always send us safely on our way. They always make me feel safe and at ease about taking our cars so far on the road. I absolutely love this location, and although Firestone has a customer for life, this location specifically does as well. ...oh and their waiting area is the best of any Firestone, too. The most comfy chairs, wifi, and always cold bottles of water in the mini-fridge that their guys are constantly offering to customers - in Vegas, that is a huge deal! Such a great place :)
