  • The products and displays are on point. The service I received was one star service. There was a line at the cash register. The check-out girl was ringing up the person in front of her (when there's clearly a line) and constantly upselling products. "Try the toothpaste, try the chapstick." I was getting irritated because there were other employees looking at us and doing menial tasks. Finally another girl came over and opened another register. She apologized for the wait. However, I shouldn't have to stand in line for 15 minutes at Lush. The sales floor wasn't even busy.... it must have been and "off" day for this location.
