  • I have been a customer of Not Just Coffee since they humbly opened shop in NoDa back in 2011. That first cup of Cappuccino had me instantly hooked and made me understand what a quality cup of joe should be. Fast forward to now, and I can honestly say that that till this day, with multiple visits per week, I still get a QUALITY cup of coffee with each and every visit. The staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. The pour overs, Latte's, Cortado's, espresso's and even their batch brew is all well made and produced. Their flavored drinks I believe are made with in house fresh organic material. You just cant beat it. The 7th street location can get pretty busy, so if you decide to work there say on your laptop or ipad make sure its charged up ready to go, the market does not have many options to plug in for a charge but I still get plenty done. Weekends get very busy there however even with their enormous lines during church hours or rush hours they seem to get through it very quickly. If you're looking for a place to camp for a few hours to get some work done, I would recommend their Packard location which has plenty of seating and outlet's to charge your equipment with better wifi as well, plus its not in a market, it is their own shop located a few blocks away from the 7th street location. I've seen many reviews complain about the price, but its honestly no more than Starbucks coffee prices, only with Not Just Coffee you're get 10x more quality out of whatever you order compared to companies like Starbucks. They do not offer food, but its located in the 7th street market with VERY good foodie options. Bottom line, in my opinion the best coffee shop in Charlotte NC.
