  • I switched from Verizon to Sprint to take advantage of the $70 per month unlimited data plan. To be honest, I was unhappy with Sprint's coverage in my area, and after just a day I decided to cancel. Since I traded in my old Verizon phone, I expected to go into the store and have to argue for hours to cancel my new service. I also expected to have to go to battle to get my old phone back. Not the case at all! Everyone in the store went over the top to help me, and they even apologized for the poor service in my area. I was refunded my money, and given my phone back within just a couple minutes. I may not currently have Sprint, but I will definitely keep them in mind in the future. This location was awesome!
