  • The brothers who run the truck are friendly and outgoing, and they have a lot of fun. I had the pulled pork sammie which included cole slaw as well. I loved how neither the pulled pork nor the cole slaw were drenched in saucy liquid, which really let the flavor of the pork shine. The pork was tender (though the tiniest bit dry, if I had to nitpick) and not completely shredded, which I also liked. The cole slaw lent the sandwich a nice crunch, but I wished there was more to balance the meatiness of the sandwich. The bun didn't get soggy even as I was finishing the sandwich, which was a plus. The sandwich alone ($6) did not fill me, but they also have sides, most of which are about $3.
