  • Customer service is nonexistent here. I was referred by state farm to this location. State farm called and set everything up for me, when I walked in and told the guy why I was there he said "nobody told me anything about that" upon checking his computer he saw that there was a car set aside for me. My friend who dropped me off had to park in the parking deck and asked if they validated parking when we got inside. The guy said "yeah but you been here less than 20 min so you good". When my friend left he was in fact charged for parking so he asked the guy to validate it and the guy just rolled his eye's and walked off. I wasn't going to post a review but I just called to ask a question about renting the car for another week and the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful again. The people I have come in contact with here are rude and just plain lazy and have no business in customer service.
