| - Took my 2015 Honda in at 645am for tires, alignment, oil change and inspection. Called at 1250pm to check to see of my car was done...finally spoke with Frank, who is the most rude, abrasive, and non-customer service driven individual I have ever talked with. Then was transferred to Gina, (who I talked with the day before and schedule the services with) and her excuse for having my car for so long at this point was that my husband didn't tell the drop off person we needed it back right away. Really?!? Who thinks tires and minor service requests are going to take 6hrs? Anyway, she explains that they received one incorrect tire and made it sound like they did me a favor by "going across town" to get the correct one. She further explains that all other services are done they just need to mount the last tire and my car would be done by 2p. What?!? Wait?!? How do you complete and alignment without 4 tires, how do you complete and inspection without four tires?!? I told Gina her explanation made no sense and that saying sorry didn't help the fact that they were going to have my car for that long. I informed her I would be writing this very true, but very negative review, I would speak with the service mgr when I arrived and I would be there at 145p for my vehicle. I won't be spending my hard earned money at Metro Honda of Union County anymore!
UPDATE!!! Made contact with a manager on duty and he listened to my concerns! He was very helpful and even filled my gas tank. I did apologize to Gina for speaking to her rudely after being mad at Frank. My car is done, bill is paid, and I'm pleased with the outcome. Just for the record, I appreciate the "handling" of the situation after the fact, but this could have been completely avoided with a little bit of communication and customer service on the front end! I haven't completely written of Metro Honda, but here's hoping I don't have to go in there again for a long while!
