  • By far the freshest food I have tasted in vegas. Surpasses Libertine in the freshness factor and my previous favorite. Love what they are doing and we desperately need more in Vegas. 5 stars. I would give 6 if I could farm to table for the win. Thank you! Only comment - I wish it was slightly more built out for tapas style dining because I want more and more
