  • No one ever wants to be in an auto accident right? Well if you are, first things first, hopefully no one was hurt ; secondly, if in need of auto body work, take your vehicle to GERBER COLLISION. The entire staff is first class, courteous, and uber professional. What more can one ask for? Thomas, Richard (GEICO), Rob, and the rest of the staff at Gerber Collision were awesome! From the first call I made clarifying the location (and being provided great directions), I knew Gerber was different. When I walked into the shop, the entire staff treated me with courtesy, respect, and like I was an important and valued customer. It was great! I particularly appreciated the almost daily updates, initially from Richard and then from Thomas; these updates kept me posted as to the status of the repair. After I picked up my car and was driving away from the lot, one of the radiator hoses popped off; I knew something was wrong; however, based on my experiences with the staff, I was not worried. I pulled over, called Thomas , explained what happened and within a matter of minutes both he and Rob drove to my location and fixed the problem. They were great; no issues, no hassle, just "we'll be there immediately" They reconnected the hose, Rob drove the car back to the garage, and the crew at Gerber conducted a 'post-op' check, ran diagnostics, and confirmed the problem was resolved. To ensure all was good, they test drove the car. It was! One side note, Enterprise Car Rental is right inside the Gerber facility which made the entire car rental process very easy and efficient. Nice touch. GERBER COLLISION is the company I will recommend to anyone who needs an auto repair specialist. They are amazing the the work is top notch. Many thanks to ALL the staff at GERBER COLLISION.
