  • I would give this establishment zero stars if it was possible. I never even got to see the doctor because the reception and scheduling was HORRIBLE. I tried to make an online appointment for a chiropractic adjustment and never got a confirmation call, so I tried multiple times to contact the office only to ever get voicemail. I left a message, never getting a call back. So after clearing my schedule and arranging child care I go to the office and surprise the receptionist mentioned that she got my voicemail but never called me back! And of course there were no appointments available for the day. So I schedule IN PERSON, confirming an appointment for first thing Monday morning, going through the weekend in pain. I go to the office Monday morning and the same receptionist is there. For some reason she thought I wanted massage and had no appointments available, including the one SHE supposedly made for me. She asked if I wanted to schedule AGAIN with her...ha. I will not be returning or wasting anymore of my time with an establishment that gives patients the run around. Zero stars for horrible costumer service.
