rev:text	Save your money and move somewhere else!! First of all they don't allow you to put down a pet deposit. They make you pay a non refundable fee which doesn't even go towards any damages done by the pet while you live there. I gave them $300 for my pet plus paid pet rent each month and I was still charged $100 for "pet damages on the carpet". On top of that they back charge you for 3 months worth of cable charges, water, sewer, trash and pest when your lease is up. The cable is REQUIRED regardless if you have another cable company or not, you still have to pay for their cable which is $45.00 a month. If you sign a year lease be prepared to have your rent go up when it's time to sign another lease and If you're military they truly do not care about you. There were drug dealers living on both sides of me and someone's car was broken into. The passenger window was shattered completely and someone crashed into another person's parked car and just left without reporting it. No one picks up their dog poop and some of the dogs just run loose. Also, the refrigerator froze any of the food we kept towards the back and would freeze water on the bottom and in the freezer. The pool always had leaves and dirt in it and the hot tub barely worked. The pool was closed for the last couple months that I lived there so the entire pool area was closed with it, the hot tub, grills and all. I wish I would have read reviews about this place before I moved here. MAA does not care about any of their customers! When we first moved in my husband called the office and spoke to a woman about cancelling the cable that we do not watch. The woman got a bad attitude and yelled at him. I walked down to the office to speak in person and she was talking badly about my husband to another worker and in front of a customer! I called corporate and they just sent my message back to the manager on site. There is no corporate that will help you, so if you have an issue that you can't solve with the manager good luck!!
