  • At a recent visit to the BottleHouse, I confirmed that the friendly and energetic bartender knew how to make (my usual measure of a new bar) a revelatory Perfect Manhattan, and was excellent at discussing the various libations produced on-site. Far from offering the usual pub grub, the food menu was compact and well-designed...and our selections were well-prepared and tasty. No question that I'll be eager to get back whenever the opportunity arises!
