  • We didn't hire them, so I can't say this is a whole review, but it was a bad experience. We had Laguna come out to provide an estimate for building us a new pool/backyard. First I got a voicemail system so I left a message. Then I received a call telling me a salesman would call me. A salesman later called me and scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. Then he called me back 4 hours later to reschedule for a different day. He then showed up late to the appointment time he had set. After that he scheduled a time to go over the design the next week. He then cancelled the appointment 45 minutes before we were due to meet him. He rescheduled our appointment for the next day because he was sick. When we met him the next day, he called 30 minutes before to confirm, ending the phone call letting me know he'd be 15 mins late. We ended up going to the showroom, and he was almost an hour late, and didn't seem to be recovering from what ever illness he had had the day before. While we were in the showroom waiting the other sales man didn't even offer us a seat, so we just stood around aimlessly, and awkwardly. Needless to say, a lack of respect for customer time led us to choosing a different pool builder even at a higher cost. We weren't about to spent 60k cash with someone who couldn't value our time enough to show up or follow their own scheduled events.
