This trip was all about bucket lists. I got my bucket list item completed for the Stratosphere Rides. This was my friend's bucket list item to finally get the Beef Wellington. Plus it was in our hotel so therefore, it was a must! We made reservations at 8:30pm for a dinner for two. We were sat right away. I don't know if you actually need reservations but I do recommend it because it was very busy. It was a beautiful restaurant - two floors - with an open kitchen to watch everything happen. We were on the second floor but it was really nice looking down and seeing all the tables. The service was a bit slow but our waiter, Oliver, was extremely friendly and knowledgable and made for a great experience. They bring out all the steak cuts to each table for a lesson which was very unique and something I never saw before at a restaurant. My friend as well as myself has been watching Gordon Ramsey for years so it was an incredible experience to be here and yes, it was very expensive but it was worth it. My friend, of course, got the Beef Wellington. I did not try any of it but she said she would never look at steak the same way again after eating this. It was the best meal she has ever had. I got the Short Ribs which were amazing. It was a huge portion - I couldn't even finish it - and it was like butter. You didn't even need a knife to cut any of it. The sauce on top was absolutely delicious as well. We didn't have enough room for dessert unfortunately but what a fantastic meal and service overall!
