  • I am giving this visit one star for the rudeness I just experience. I have been here 3 times on the weekends over the last month with my family getting glasses and when we returned today to pick up 2 sets of glasses each for a different kid the older lady with blinding white hair was straight out rude. She sets both pairs in front of me and practically yelled at my kids to put them on. The pair were almost identical and we could not tell them apart and neither could she. She wanted them to try them in to see who saw better due to her mixing them up. Then the whole time she acted like we had interrupted her day or something. Not one pleasant thing came out of her mouth. Very bad customer service on this visit. Only coming here on the weekends from now on
