  • The repair guy, Josh, showed up within their window for the appointment. However, he was not very interested in making a repair. He just wanted to replace the A/C for $9,000. He said the repairs could cost $1,000 because the materials were so expensive and the equipment was old and there would be no guarantee, blah, blah, blah. He also had bad things to say about other Heating & A/C companies such as Best Plumbing and Heating. Maybe he thought I would get another quote from them. Just googling the whatever ton A/C unit gives many lower prices. Thanks for nothing Alaskan!
