  • If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! The only time I received good service from them was when I submitted a ticket for maintenance. Like others, I was charged $25 for an HOA warning, not even a violation, they were very unresponsive to emails, and when we moved into the house it was so disgusting we had to pay professionals $350 to clean it. Now that our lease is up and we have moved out, they are trying to charge us $2705 for cleaning and other false and inflated repairs. I would never recommend them to anyone to rent from or have them manage a property.
