  • This Michaels location is horrible! Buyer beware: Rude, miserable and less than helpful employees. I was just there today shopping in the baking section when I couldn't help but over hear a cashier (Grace) who was complaining and seemingly bragging about an argument she was just in with a customer who'd just left the store. I waited and waited hoping the rant would stop and when it didn't I felt compelled to speak up. I approached the employee and reminded her that if there are no customers she has no job. She then began in on me! When I asked to speak to the manager she yelled across the store for the manager in charge. Wow! What service. I refuse to shop in a place that does not appreciate the customer and would allow such a unprofessional and truly miserable human being to work in their establishment and act as the "face" of the company. Good Luck Arroyo Crossings Michael's, I will be sure to tell my friends and family to steer clear.
