  • Pros: Gated community Clean area Giant full length mirror in bedroom Professional, nice staff Close to the freeway and shopping Big, roomy bathrooms Great gym (full rack of dumbbells, etc) Cons: The way mail is handled is terrible. Instead of being able to simply drop a letter in the mailbox, we had to walk across the street and hand it to a staff member. If the office is closed, you have to drive to the post office or wait for the office to open. They have a couple mail boxes for packages but usually they're full so you need to go pick up almost every package at the office. When we moved in, the washer reeked of mildew and the first batches of laundry ruined our clothes with dark stains. We requested maintenance a couple times but they weren't very helpful. They basically tried the same things we tried to get rid of the smell. We eventually jus decided to suck it up and live with the smell. That and a couple cockroaches we discovered (I don't think they cleaned very well after the previous residents) prompted my wife and I to move out at the end of our lease. The apartments are close to the freeway and there's a full roar at all times, in addition to the ever present low flying airplanes. Even with these cons, the apartments aren't bad, they're just perfectly mediocre.
