  • On two consecutive weekends, I needed to rent a truck, and both times, the service was excellent. On the 2nd weekend, I had the pleasure of working directly with the general manager, Scott Smith, who was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that UHaul couldn't arrange for cooler weather to do the moving (not smart to move furniture in July and August in Arizona!)!
