  • I used to live there when it was called Desert Shadows. After I moved out of State for work, I received a letter 4 months later stating that I have a balance for cleaning the apartment/carpet, which I left in perfect conditions. I even had pictures which I sent to the manager, but they never got back to me. 2 years later, I found out I was sent to collections, now I have a derogatory account which will be on my records for the next 7 years. The current manager just said, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". You've been warned.
