Posting this on Yelp will do absolutely no good as we all realize that you HAVE to deal with Southwest Gas if that's what's in your house. SWGAS doesn't read what's on here and furthermore doesn't care. So I'm just going to vent. They are the worst at customer service. If they answer and if you're lucky to get through without being on hold for 45 or more minutes, you won't get the help you need. Regardless, they have an excuse for everything. Don't ask for a supervisor either, as they are worse than the customer representative. Hopefully, someday, just like the phone companies, we will have options to use different companies and they'll have to step up their game or maybe they'll just go under like the Bell Monopoly did. That would be everyone's hope, right?
