  • Bought a "dented" kenmore elite fridge for about $1,900 plus tax, without the $500 warranty they were really pushing, @ the location on lone mtn and decatur. Paid to have it delivered...ice maker worked for about a minute. 3 days later the entire unit crashed. Lost food and of course took it back which involves getting a friend with a truck, haggling with the manager, just overall inconvenienced. Sears outlet totally misrepresented these appliances. Beware!!!! They are used regardless of what they tell you or incredibly old. The coils on the unit we bought were covered in dust and gunk like it had been used. When we were guaranteed no one has ever used any of them. Ended up going to RC Willey and bought a newer unit for $600 more and got a free gift! And RC Willey's will price match so we started looking and see about $300 coming back. Bottom line is you get what you pay for when it comes to electrical appliances! Not worth the hassle to try and save $100 in the end! Shame on you Sears!!!! You're scamming consumers with this outlet!!
