  • The worst run business I've ever come across. I was caught up in the mess that was AZ Fitness Factory and lost over $800 in the transition to SF. When they finally offered a deal to re-join the Chandler location (for more $, of course), I took it reluctantly. Soon after, they moved all the equipment to a tiny room in the strip mall and started creating the XTreme park for skateboarders. First we were told that we would move all back to that building; then, we were told nope - they were staying in the cramped little hovel. THEN, we were told they were moving to Awetukee! We immediately canceled our memberships...and had to truck over to the Gilbert location because NO ONE at the Chandler location could do anything for anyone. We handed in our cancelations OVER a Month and a half ago, and I am STILL getting charged to my bank account. DAILY calls for the last two weeks to Quan (the supposed Manager) have NEVER been responded to, and he is always "not available." I was recently given Chris Harris' name. He called once and left me a message wanting to know what the problem was (Really? After leaving TONS of messages with your employees?). I immediately called back, but got voice mail. STILL have not heard from anyone!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!! I tried calling today - and ALL THEIR NUMBERS ARE DISCONNECTED!!! STAY FAAAAAR AWAY from this place!
