| - I had such a great experience with Easy Air + Heat, and want to share it, as it can be overwhelming to choose an honest and kind ac company with so many choices out there. I was in the process of selling my home when a handyman I'd hired for small repairs pointed out that my ac drain overflow drain was leaking excessively, meaning the drain line was clogged. He was eager for me to call his friend, which I did, who told me it would be almost $300 to clear out the drain, while being condescending and short with me on the phone. I know that was likely excessive and looked online for phone numbers and called around to ac companies to ask for ball park ranges so I could make a decision on who to use for the repair. I called Easy Air and explained my situation. They were kind but explained they couldn't give me a price over the phone, but the woman on the phone could tell that I was frustrated and needed help. She apparently told the owner about it, he got my number off their caller id, and called me back to personally answer my questions, tell me that it should cost a fraction of what I was quoted by the repairman's friend, and walk me through what the repair entailed!!! I was so impressed and he made a stressful situation so much easier. He had a technician out within a couple of hours (I believe his name was Jimmy) that was so kind, professional, and polite. He quickly handled it, showed me what he did, was respectful of keeping things neat and clean, was even sweet and kind to my dog and stopped to pet him goodbye, and he charged me the price I was given over the phone. I was so impressed and happy. Today, just over 2 weeks later after selling my home, I got the inspection report from my home buyers indicating that they saw rust in the ac drain pan, which may be due to a clogged drain or a previously clogged drain. My receipt from the repair needed more details to document that it was recently plugged and repaired, so I called Easy Air and spoke to Nalani, who could not have been more helpful. She checked her records and provided more details on what repairs were done, and instantly emailed the more detailed receipt to me while we were on the phone, satisfying my needs to document the repairs. Wow. Nalani, Jimmy, and the owner (I'm sorry-I cannot remember his name!!) were focused on customer service, solutions, and exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their help! Trustworthy, honest, kind...I cannot say enough positive things about Easy Air!
